Under this part the bidder to quote service charge on the following items in which the wages will be paid as per minimum wages prescribed by the competent authority plus ESI, PF, Bonus and expenses on safety shoe/uniform/helmet. Presently minimum wages for Class 'B' city vide circular No. 1/36(5)/2019-LS-II Govt of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment dated 23.09.2019 for workmen is Rs. 503/day, ESI (3.25% of min wage)/WCI as applicable, PF (13.61% on min wages), Bonus (8.33% on min wages). Amount on account of safety shoe/helmet/uniform is estimated as Rs. 3000/- per year per person. Under Modilities for implimentation of "Contract Labour Welfare policy" ref No. IR/1292 dtd 31.05.2017, Transport Assistance for unskilled is Rs. 65 per day. The total amount worked out to be Rs.18312/- per month for workmen for 26 days working in a month excluding ESI payment. As and when minimum wages are revised by the competent authority, the revised wages plus ESI/PF/Bonus will be paid accordingly. Amount for ESI/WCI shall be reimbursed to the contractor accordingly on production of original receipts and documents of actual payments.

Calling / handling / keeping / storing / labeling files, documents, papers etc. Serving refreshment (tea, coffee, cold drink, water etc.) from time to time during the day at various places in office as per instruction given by nominated supervising Officer including cleaning / washing/ wiping/ handling/ storing utensils. :The scope also includes clearing of working tables and mopping table tops (if needed) on completion of consumption of served refreshments / drinks by concerned person to whom the items served. Collecting / handling / keeping stationary like Challans / blank papers / seals at various work station as per instructions. Calling / handling / keeping records from / to record room or other places inside office as per instruction. Organizing the Office tables by collecting/ handling / segregating/ keeping all Office work related items such as files / papers / stationery items / News papers / Magazines so as to maintain the Office look organized on day to day basis. Photocopying of Office papers as per instructions. Deposting of Cheques/other financial instructions to bank and dispatching/receiving letters from police station/local administrative offices as per instructions of nominated officers. Assisting in water calibration and safety checking of TTs. Providing services for Receiving / Preparing / dispatching DAK / post by taking / bringing the readied covers to nominated Courier in Jamnagar city, delivering to them, obtaining receipt document from Courier and depositing it to IOCL Office. The Courier charges will be borne by IOCL and its payment will be done by IOCL.Note- All materials will be provided by corporation. (Total 1 no's of manpower in General Shift)

Assistance required in S&D for the Handling / segregation /distributing Challans as per instruction given by S&D officer in each shift. Plastic Seals distribution as per instruction/supervision by Shift in charge/S&D officer in each shift. Collecting and arranging acknowledged of as per instruction of Shift in charge/S&D officer in each shift. Note: Total 3 No’s of man power required
