The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Operation & Maintenance of works of similar nature, with completion of O & M works during the last 7 financial years. The bidder should provide details of the cost of O & M work, period of completion, brief description of O & M work, and name of applicant's Engineer-in-charge of the work and his educational qualification for each completed project. The bidder must have achieved minimum annual financial turnover from contract receipt of works of Rs. 10 Crores in any three financial years out of the last Seven financial years. The experience shall be within the last seven years, and the experience certificate from the client equivalent to not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be considered.
