Contract notice – Sector Directive, standard regulation Open procedure (construction work) New construction of a railway overpass – route 3683 Pfa Mitte (ve3212) for the infrastructure project Regionaltangente West (rtw) The Regionaltangente West (rtw) is a new tangential rail connection in the Rhine-Main area to improve local public rail passenger transport in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. Its primary purpose is to better connect the western districts of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding districts, towns and communities with one another and to improve the connection to Frankfurt Airport. The project is divided into the planning approval sections Pfa Nord Pfa Mitte and Pfa Süd I and Süd II. The subject of this contract is the construction of a railway overpass in reinforced concrete construction with shunting in the area of the existing route 3683 of the central planning approval section. In this case, a total of around 896,616 hours per year, both day and night work, are to be performed. The services are divided between operations management, shift management and security staff, with a total of 139.5 employees being required per shift. Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) Replacement/extension building Anna Freud School Marburg - architect services The LWV Hessen schools for sick pupils are attended by children and young people who are expected to be treated for longer than six weeks as inpatients or part-time in a Vitos children’s and youth clinic or Vitos children’s and youth day clinic for mental health and are therefore unable to attend their home school. A basic requirement for attending these schools is that the children and young people are treated in one of the Vitos clinics and day clinics for mental health. As part of the revitalization of the Vitos child psychiatry center in Marburg, there are plans to expand the school at this location. The aim of the schools is to support sick pupils individually so that, after a long absence due to illness, they can, if possible, return to lessons at their home school and thus keep up or (re)find themselves. Lessons take place in small learning groups, but also individually and are based on the curricula of the corresponding school types. The content and methodology of the lessons are designed by the teachers to be flexible, depending on the resilience of the pupils. The schools have teachers with some multiple qualifications at their disposal who - in addition to their special education skills - meet the requirements of special needs, primary, secondary and high schools. The schools with a focus on sick pupils are entitled to award school qualifications. The existing school is housed in several buildings and therefore no longer meets the required standards. The extension of the school premises is to be added onto the existing main school building. The total usable area of the future school is approximately 1,100 m² Nf. Service phases 2 - 9 are to be awarded through an architect's contract in accordance with Hoai 2021. Service phases 2 and 3 of the staged contract will be commissioned first. The architect's contract to be concluded will contain an option for Vitos Gießen-Marburg Gemeinnützige GmbH to award the remaining service phases to the contractual partner once the draft planning has been completed.
