Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) City of Riedstadt, new fire station and rescue station Services for object planning buildings City of Riedstadt, new fire station and rescue station The city of Riedstadt is planning to build a new fire station as a central amalgamation of the fire stations from the districts of Goddelau and Erfelden as well as the construction of a new rescue station on the same site (goddelau G2 'galgengewann'). The site is around 2.5 hectares of intensively used agricultural land, which is affected by a high-voltage overhead line in the northeast. Part of the scope of services also includes determining the specific land requirements in coordination with the traffic and civil engineering planners as well as the project managers. The 2.5 hectares will be divided up after a needs assessment has been carried out. Currently, building regulations need to be created, i.e. a development plan must first be brought to statutory maturity. The contractor must attend regular building planning meetings. An initial rough space program for the fire station and rescue station already exists (see attachment). Rough construction costs for the entire project (fire station and rescue station) are assumed to be around EUR 15 million (200-700 kg net). The contractor is assuming cost-conscious and economical planning and construction. If necessary, the construction project will be handed over to a general contractor. In this case, a reduced scope of work will apply to the contractor. Processing is to start immediately after the order is placed. A phased order (stage 1: Lph 1-3) is required. In addition, there will be an interruption in processing during stage 1 until the statutory resolution is passed. Further details on the phased commissioning can be found in the appendix. Funding is available for this project. Assistance in preparing the proof of use is required.
