Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) technical equipment services, system groups 4, 5 and 6, service phases 1-3, 5-9 in accordance with Sections 53 ff. Hoai The Hessian adult education center Burg Fürsteneck Ev intends to build a new studio building and guest house as part of the expansion of the Burg Fürsteneck Academy. The Burg Fürsteneck Academy ... MoreThe Hessian adult education center Burg Fürsteneck Ev intends to build a new studio building and guest house as part of the expansion of the Burg Fürsteneck Academy. The Burg Fürsteneck Academy is an educational institution for cultural, professional and socio-political further education with a long history and a formative tradition. The conversion of the listed castle complex into an educational institution according to plans by the architect Otto Bartning took place in 1952/53. In order to ensure the educational work of the Burg Fürsteneck Academy in the medium and long term and to keep it future-proof in terms of strategic development, there is currently a need for structural expansion. The planned construction project comprises two construction areas that are absolutely necessary to maintain educational operations: - A studio building to replace the existing workshop extension that is being demolished - A guest house to meet the need for single rooms and maintain the capacity of the facility. Total costs (kg 200-700, Din 276) IHV are currently estimated at around € 5.5 million gross. The milestones for implementation of the project provide for: - Start of work: October 2024 - Start of construction: early 2026 - Completion: December 23, 2027 This is a grant-funded construction measure (rzbau). The intention is to use this invitation to tender to commission the services for technical equipment, system groups 4, 5 and 6, service phases 1-3, 5-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. Hoai (in stages). First, service phases 1-3 (basic investigation, preliminary planning and design planning) will be commissioned. There is no legal entitlement to commissioning further service phases or a complete commission.

Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for competition/negotiated procedure (services) Extension of the Sindlinger Wiesen primary school Architectural service The services to be provided include the scope of work for object planning, outdoor facilities, Section 39 Hoai. It is intended to initially award services from service phases 1-3 in accordance with Section 39 U. Appendix 11 No. 11.1 Hoai. The client reserves the right to transfer the services from service phases 4-9 in accordance with Section 39 U. Appendix 11 No. 11.1 Hoai to the architect if planning and implementation of the construction project continues. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of these services. Eligible costs (from cost group 500, DIN 276) according to § 38 Hoai approx. 1,040,188.18 euros. The primary school in Sindlinger Wiesen is currently set up with 304 students and 15 classes with a 3.75-speed stream. In addition, there is one intensive class and one preparatory class with around 30 more students. Two smaller residential areas are being implemented in the school area, which will increase the school's classroom requirements with an entry level to 18 classrooms in the future. The school currently has a total of 16 classrooms available for teaching. The Main-Taunus district has taken over the sponsorship of school child care for the 2023/24 school year. Care is currently taking place in two classrooms and in containers rented from the city of Kelkheim, some of which are in very poor structural condition. The very small cafeteria is also housed in a container, which is not sufficient in view of the legal entitlement and the increasing number of pupils. Currently, due to the space available, only around 48% of the pupils can be looked after in the daycare. To make matters worse, the lunch supply capacity is already inadequate and therefore not all of the children in daycare can receive lunch. An internal feasibility study determined that a structural extension of around 1,374 m² would provide the necessary spatial capacity for a 4.5-stream school concept and 100% daycare on site. The extension is to be built in passive house style and subsidized. The standards of the Main-Taunus district must be observed and included in the planning. The building is to be barrier-free. There are plans to install a cistern for rainwater, which will be used to flush toilets. It must be checked whether the heat can be supplied via the existing heating system. The extension will have a photovoltaic system on the roof and on the existing building, and an elevator. A central ventilation system with source outlets and heat recovery without recirculation is to be planned, with electronic individual room control to regulate the room temperature and the air volumes for the rooms depending on the CO2 concentration. Night cooling is also to be implemented. The Nshv is to be expanded. All classrooms will have sinks. A cook and chill kitchen is to be planned for food supply. The measure will be carried out during ongoing operations and must be planned in such a way that school operations can continue. Since a container facility has already been built on the school property as an interim measure, it is important to keep the schoolyard area as large as possible and to plan the construction site area with construction site equipment as small as possible. Due to the construction of the extension, the outside areas must be restructured and built. The area of the interim measure must be restored. Planners are wanted for LP 1 - 9.

Contract notice - general guideline, standard regulation open procedure (services) Framework agreement for audit services in the Vitos Group for the years 2025-2027 The tasks of the audit are formulated in such a way that they meet the requirements of a group in the health and social sector with public sponsorship. The activities and processes to be audited are located in the psychiatric, psychosomatic and forensic-psychiatric clinics, in the psychiatric rehabilitation facilities and the accompanying psychiatric services. This also includes processes in the somatic clinics (neurological and orthopedic specialist clinics) and the youth and disability care facilities. The audit services are to be provided for the years 2025 to 2027. The audits will start on January 1, 2025. The contract is scheduled to be awarded in October 2024, so that time is set aside for planning the first audits. A gross audit time (including travel time) of 2,000-2,400 hours per year is set for the internal audit. In each year, four to eight firmly agreed topics (depending on the scope of the individual audits) must be on the internal audit plan and carried out. In addition, an audit must be kept in reserve for an unplanned but currently required audit field in order to keep an appropriate audit budget available for an acute audit requirement (buffer) that will regularly arise in a group the size of the Vitos Group (i.e. four to eight planned and one unplanned audit per year). If the full quota of hours has not been used up for the audits at the end of the year, the remaining hours are carried over to the following year. In consultation between the Vitos GmbH Group Audit Department and the external service provider, audit hours can also be carried over to the following year if greater audit work is expected in the following year (e.g. for auditing after a project has been incorporated into daily business or after a new procedure has been implemented).
