Here: Concrete repair and ... Multi-concrete repair and levelling of external surfaces, facade, renovation and extension of the listed building of the Agricultural Pension Bank in Frankfurt am Main. Here: Concrete repair and levelling of external surfaces, facade Concrete repair and levelling of external surfaces, facade The Agricultural Pension Bank [lr] is a federal development bank with its headquarters at Hochstrasse 2 in Frankfurt am Main. The building is located at a traffic junction in downtown Frankfurt between the Eschenheimer Tor and the Wallanlagen. The bank building was completed in 1956 and, with its appearance and urban layout, is considered significant and trend-setting for post-war architecture. The building complex is registered as a cultural monument and is under monument protection. In the building, which has already been cleared, the existing interior fittings have already been completely dismantled. The Rentenbank itself has moved into an interim building for the duration of the construction work. The building is divided into two main components: - Component 1: A crossbar with up to three underground and seven full floors above ground, plus a penthouse with a canopy - Component 2: A longitudinal building with two underground and five floors above ground, parallel to the elevated road. Both components are accessed via a connecting building in which the main staircase is located. To the west of the crossbar, on level U1, there is a service yard with parking spaces for servicing the building. The building is classified as a special building according to the Hessian Building Code (hbo). The building was constructed using a reinforced concrete skeleton construction with an elevator core and stiffening reinforced concrete ceilings. The LR wants to sustainably upgrade its headquarters with its approx. 12,000 m² gross floor area in terms of energy, fire protection and construction. In addition, the high-rise block (component 1) is to be raised by 4 full floors or approx. 3,200 m² gross floor area. To do this, the canopy above the top floor will be dismantled, upgraded and rebuilt on the new top floor after the building has been raised. The main elevator core will be extended and rotated. A 2-storey underground car park under the current farmyard will cover the necessary demand for a total of 33 parking spaces for cars and will be connected to the main building (component 1) on all lower levels. The listed natural stone façade is to be renewed and restored true to the original after the reinforced concrete structure has been renovated. The subject of the tendered work is concrete repair and the levelling of the external surfaces of the façade.

Contract notice – general guideline, standard regulation Open procedure (services) District administration, Bergstrasse district - direct cycle connection - planning services for service phases 1 to 5 In the corridor study by the state of Hesse and the feasibility study carried out by the Rhine-Neckar Region Association in 2019, the potential for fast cycle connections was analysed and corridors identified. As part of this study, the potential for shifting everyday traffic to bicycles was identified on the Darmstadt - Bergstrasse district - Weinheim - Heidelberg connection. Based on these studies and the potential identified, a direct cycle connection is to be planned in the Bergstrasse district. In the neighboring district of Darmstadt-Dieburg, the fast cycle connection from Frankfurt heading south is currently being implemented. The Bergstrasse district and the municipalities involved in Zwingenberg, Bensheim and Heppenheim would like to join this connection in order to further advance the connection in the district and thus also the connection between the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar metropolitan regions on the north-south axis. To this end, the municipalities involved in Zwingenberg, Bensheim, Heppenheim and the Bergstrasse district have already signed a letter of intent and passed an initial joint planning agreement in their municipal parliaments. The Bergstrasse district is taking over project coordination for the “direct cycle connection Zwingenberg - Heppenheim” project and is supporting the municipalities in implementation and financing. Since various route sections were rejected within the municipalities and the preferred route in the feasibility study was not approved, a new route variant is to be developed over a length of around 16 km between Zwingenberg and Heppenheim, which will connect to the fast cycle connection coming from the north. A bidder with experience in the field of cycle traffic planning, preferably cycle infrastructure, should be commissioned for public relations work, the planning of the route variant and service phases 1 to 5. The bidder is free to decide whether to carry out the public relations work himself or to work with a suitable participation office or communications agency. The public will be involved in the coordination process for the route with the aim of informing them, involving them in the route selection process and encouraging willingness to participate. The bidder should apply and design the participation. At the on-site events, citizens also have the opportunity to express their suggestions for the route and to talk to the bidder and the decision-makers. Before the participation, the technical input and the boundary conditions for the route variants will be worked out with the project participants and the bidder. The route variants form the basis for the on-site events. The aim is, following participation, to develop a route that takes into account the processed results of public participation, is approved by the municipal committees and forms the basis for further planning steps. The implementation of the direct cycle connection is intended to ensure safe and continuous routing for bicycle traffic on the north-south axis.
