Multi-framework agreement for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Höms Purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Hessian University of Public Management and Security (HÖMS), for the study locations Wiesbaden, Mühlheim/Main, Gießen and Kassel Framework agreement for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Höms The aim is to conclude a contract for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Hessian University of Public Management and Security (HÖMS), for the study locations Wiesbaden, Mühlheim/Main, Gießen and Kassel. The subject of the service is brand-new presentation technology in accordance with the enclosed specification as well as the maintenance of and servicing of this equipment. In addition, cabling is to be installed in the room, from the lecturer's desk to the ceiling, in ducts, intermediate floors and suspended ceilings. This is either a replacement for VGA cables or an additional cable. - Depending on the conditions on site, the presentation technology is short-throw projectors, long-throw projectors, large screens with and without smart functions. - A total of around 200 end devices are to be procured and around 300 end devices are to be serviced. - In addition to procuring the above-mentioned devices, the devices must be repaired within a short response time (within 24 hours). - In addition, service work must be carried out on the devices at least once a year. This service work takes place annually during the summer semester break. Appointments are made in consultation with the campus administrations (Giessen, Kassel, Wiesbaden and Mühlstetten). An order volume of at least 300,000 euros is guaranteed. Support The acceptance of fault reports and proper handling of customer service must be guaranteed by the contractor on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The on-site service response time is max. 8 hours after receipt of the error message. Due to the densification caused by residential development in Wi-Erbenheim, in particular by the new Erbenheim-Süd development, the Justus-von-Liebig School is growing and will have 6 classes in the future. This will require additional space for 4 classrooms, 2 differentiation rooms and 1 care room, as well as other supplementary areas. It was previously checked whether the additional rooms could be accommodated in the existing building. However, it was determined that the additional space requirement cannot be accommodated in the existing building and additional rooms must be created. Since these implementations will not be feasible by 2024, the school will, in consultation, temporarily accommodate its resulting space requirement in the existing building. This temporary organizational solution is not sustainable for the school in the long term. A special feature to mention is that the volunteer fire department based on the property is to move out in the future. The buildings could therefore probably be vacated in 7 years. Since the need for school space arises earlier, the option of subsequent use of the space or demolition and new construction of the school areas on the volunteer fire department's site would not be available in time. Subject of the service to be commissioned Specialist planning Structural planning in accordance with Hoai 2013, as amended in 2021, Part 4, Section 1, § 49-52, service phases 1 - 6 basic services. In addition, the following special service (from Appendix 14.1 Hoai): Lph 3: Evidence of earthquake protection (ec8), Lph 4: Evidence of structural fire protection, where necessary taking temperature into account (hot design), Lph 8: Engineering control of the execution of the structure for compliance with the tested static documents, site inspection to determine and monitor influences relating to stability, 10 site visits including preparation and follow-up.
