PROVIDING NEW KERBING AND BUND WALL HEIGHTS INCREASE INSIDE UNITS AT QatarEnergy REFINERY, MESAIEED-QP Refinery Insurance Assessor made risk observations / safety recommendations to QP with regard to containment of Pool Fires in susceptible fire zones & existing bund wall heights. Hence, QP Refinery initiated a study (LC17106700) to review the kerbing / drainage requirements in fire susceptible zones and to recommend new kerbing / drainage system wherever required. Also, existing bunds around Tanks were identified which donot comply with Refinery design criteria. This project is being carried out to implement the recommendations of study LC17106700. Objective of this Contract is to design, procure, install and construct new kerbing with associated drainage system at QP Refinery in accordance with the Scope of Work, Drawings and Specifications. COMPLETE OVERHAUL AND UPGRADE OF CONTROL VALVES AT VARIOUS GAS DISTRIBUTION STATIONS IN MESAIEED-The control valve is a final control element and used to control process variables i-e Pressure, Temperature, Flow and level in Oil&Gas and Petrochemical industries. Control valves in GDS facilities are majorly used to control Medium (MP) and Low Pressure (LP) headers. Most of the GDS critical consumers are connected to GDS delivery stations at both MP & LP headers. The reliable function of subject headers is very critical for GDS operation; this is to ensure uninterruptable gas supply to all MIC, RLIC consumers including Power plants. Following the applicable maintenance bench mark, best industrial practices, OEM recommendation and to reduce breakdown maintenance, a total number of 18 critical control valves overhaul and procurement of spares is planned in year 2021.

TURBOMACHINERY OIL CONDITIONING SERVICES AT MESAIEED OPERATIONS-QatarEnergy requires the Services of a capable and experienced Contractor to periodically clean turbomachinery oil systems whenever oil cleanliness is found to be out of the specifications and restore oil which ensures reliable operation of turbomachinery equipment installed in various facilities under Mesaieed Operations. The Services are required on a call-off basis for a duration of five (5) years.

STUDY FOR FEASIBILITY, MARINE TRANSPORTATION, DEPLOYMENT & RECOVERY OF EPRS EQUIPMENT-Contractor shall carry out the conceptual and feasibility study and detailed engineering to establish the most suitable marine transport and handling vessel(s) to transport, deploy, recover the EPRS frames and equipment during EPRS operations. Contract Duration shall be twelve (12) calendar months.
