PROVISION OF DRONE SERVICES-PROVISION OF DRONE SERVICES

FABRICATE, MAINTAIN & REPAIR OF VARIOUS DRILLING WORKS REQUIREMENTS ON CALL-OFF BASIS-FABRICATE, MAINT & REPAIR OF VAR DRILLING WORKS REQUIREMENTS

CIVIL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL REFURBISHMENT WORKS FOR 96 FLATS AT MESAIEED-QP owned 96 flats in a compound at Mesaieed were constructed 35 years back, which are required to be upgraded/refurbished. Scope of Services includes replacement of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, flooring, painting electrical networking, fire alarm system, plumbing, sanitary works, external painting, replacement of common corridor flooring, stair cases, ceiling, doors, roof water proofing, external paving, complex boundary wall repair, new chain link fence for the tennis court, asphalt works, concrete flooring repairs, electrical wiring, lights, DB's, SMB's, install new water and electricity meters, all external plumbing, manholes and drainage pipes etc.

48 INCH OFFSHORE PIPELINE COMPOSITE REPAIR WORK-A competent and experienced Contractor is required to provide sub sea pipeline repair using composite repair solution meeting operational requirements as specified in Appendix A (Scope of Services). Contractor shall supervise offshore repair, full installation, composite application, testing and shall provide all consumables, equipment and all services deemed necessary for the installation operation. Contract Duration shall be six (06) months.

MISCELLANEOUS MAINTENANCE SERVICES ON CALL-OFF BASIS WITHIN DUKHAN-Miscellaneous Maintenance Services on Call-Off Basis within Dukhan Fields For Miscellaneous Building, Civil and Structural Maintenance works including LV Electrical Items

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES ON CALL-OFF BASIS FOR COMPRESSORS AND PUMPS IN MESAIEED OPERATIONS-QP requires the Services of a qualified and experienced Contractor capable of servicing Major Rotating Equipment including large centrifugal process compressors, Air Compressors, Cooling water pumps and Fire water pumps in Mesaieed Operations and Dukhan Operations. The Services include Inspection/Overhaul Services of Compressors and Pumps on lump sum basis and Technical Supervision&Emergency Support Services of specialist manpower on Man-day basis. The contract duration will be five (5) years for both the locations and the Services shall be performed on a call-off basis as and when required by QP.

PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION-QP requires accommodation, food and airport transfer facilities to be provided to its guests by five (5) star / four (4) star hotels in DOHA as and when required by QP. QP's requirement mostly would be standard room, for which the standard rooms provided by the five (5) star Hotel must be 36 m2 in size or more and the standard rooms provided by the four (4) star Hotel must be 30 m2 in size or more. Most of the QP guests would require transfers from Airport and three meals in a day. The estimated QP requirement for rooms based on current forecast is approximately around 500 standard rooms/nights per month for five (5) star Hotels and approximately 150 standard rooms/nights per month for four (4) star Hotels, this may increase or decrease during the tenure of the intended agreement period of 3 years. QP occasionally would have requirements for bigger rooms like Executive Room, Suite Room, and Executive Suites.

PROVISION OF GRE LINING SERVICES FOR CASING AND TUBING FOR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE WELLS-PROVISION OF GRE LINING SERVICES FOR CSG & TUBING FOR QP OFFSHORE & ONSHORE OPERATIONS

MISCELLANEOUS STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DUKHAN FIELDS-Brief Scope of Works: (1) ,,Provision of pipe support system for process inlet line to V-9510A, V-9510B, V-9510C and V-9510D in GDU area at GRP. (2) Replacement of existing double leaves timber door (2 nos.) and single leaf timber door (1 no.) with solid steel door at CP Station KM 15.5. (3) Demolition of DB shed in JDHP. (4) Provision of single leaf emergency exit gates for PWI Stations 1, 3 and 6. (5) Provision of Bird Prevention measures in PWI Station 7. (6) Replacement of existing double leaves timber door (1 no.) with solid steel door for Compressor Room in NFIS. (7) Provision of safety shower & eye-wash (2 nos.) complete with elevated water tank and support structures at Corrosion Inhibitor storage tank area in FSDGS. (8) Modification of chain hoist for KE-9201 recycle expander Rotating Assembly in GRP. (9) New Lifting system for pumps and motors (P-9701A/B & PM-9701A/B) in GRP. (10) Additional pipe supports for 10" oil line in JDGS (11) Emergency exit light for MCC rooms in KNDGS, KSDGS, FNDGS, FMDGS & FSDGS. (12) Door seals for old Control Room and MCC Room in various stations. (13) Lifting facility for oil export pumps/motors 22-P-4142A/B/C in KNDGS. (14) Modification of Security Guard Building at KNDGS. (15) Modification of Security Guard Building at UBBPS. (16) Provision of wooden counter for existing Security Guard Building at KMDGS, KSDGS, FMDGS, FSP, JDGS and GRP. (17) Provision of Sun Screen on existing GRP Security Guard Building using 6mm thick polycarbonate material inclusive of all necessary framing support.
