OVERHAULING OF BMUS AT ABH DISTRICT IN DOHA-Overhauling of Business Management Units (BMU) at ABH District in Doha Complete site survey and assessment of eleven (11) BMUs currently in operation that to be overhauled to ensure safe and appropriate usage of the installation requirement and any additional associated works needed (civil, painting, electrical & Mechanical installation and commissioning, etc.) The objective of this project is to implement the recommended overhauling for all the BMUs to ensure safe and appropriate usage of the assets. .

CALL OFF CONTRACT FOR PIPELINES CORROSION INDIRECT INSPECTION (ECDA & ICDA) FOR MESAIEED OPERATIONS-Corrosions on non-piggable/ piggable buried gas and liquid pipelines have become serious concern, especially for the buried pipelines. To ensure delivery of the products through the pipeline, it is imperative for QP to maintain integrity of the pipelines by means of continuous evaluation of the pipelines conditions and as preventive measure by identifying the prominent issues within the line. With the objective to maintain asset integrity, QP's intends to engage a Contractor to carry out call off Contract for external and internal corrosion indirect inspection services (ECDA and ICDA) for non-piggable pipelines. The locations of the scope to be covered under the Contract shall include QP area within the Doha/ MIC/ RLIC and QP NGL complex fenced areas wherein QP's gas and liquid pipelines are located. The Contract shall be based on call off basis. Specific scope will be provided through issuance of Release Orders (ROs) to proceed with the specific scope. The scope of the Services cover the provisions of all resources to carry out the following and all required reports and close out documents and project dossiers at end of the RO: 1. Pre-Assessment 2. Indirect Inspection: a. External corrosion indirect inspection for QP's gas and liquid pipelines by using any of the following survey and soil resistivity methods: -,,Closed Internal Potential Survey (CIPS) -,,Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG) -,,Alternate Current Voltage Gradient (ACVG) -,,Pipeline current mapper (PCM) b. The provision to locate internal corrosion areas of buried gas and liquid pipeline by calculating the inclination profile of the pipeline, change in elevation, critical angles and suitable Depth of cover measurement. 3. Direct assessment of the pipeline conditions by reviewing the coating conditions, pipeline defects (corrosion) and features of the surrounding locations. 4. Any other activities to be carried out to perform the scope. Such activities shall include rectifications, re-performance and cleaning up of the WORKSITE to reinstate and make good the impacted existing facilities and bring the same to their original conditions. 5. Submissions of all reports (draft and final) and recommendations thereof for QP review and approval. 6. As for piggable pipelines, further verification of cathodic protection by performance of CIPS and DCVG inspections.

PROVISION OF DOWNHOLE CORROSION COUPON INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-QP requires an experience Contractor to provide CONTRACTOR personnel, equipment, services, technology, supervision, tools, conveyance, safety equipment, consumables and each and every items of expense necessary for the provision of Downhole Corrosion Coupon Monitoring (DHCC) and associated support services for Onshore and Offshore Operations for the period of sixty Two(62) months including two (2) months for initial mobilization and inspection, on call-off basis.

12 INCH FSP & 24 INCH OFFRAG PIPELINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-12" pipeline repair Scope of work consist of carrying out specialist services for in-line pipeline isolation services of the 12" pipeline Liquid Raw NGL pipeline from Fahahil Stripping Plant (FSP) facilities in Dukhan to NGL-1 facilities in Mesaieed with total pipeline length of 89 KM and the associated pipeline cut and weld hot work repair at 1 (one) pipeline pin hole leak location currently installed with mechanical clamp in QP Pipeline Corridor at location near KM 76 pipeline marker. 24" valves repair This Scope of Work defines the requirement of nitrogen supply to full de-pressuring & inerting the 24" OFFRAG pipeline from Mesaieed to PS -1 offshore with total length of 120 KM prior and after the completion of valves overhauling, the manpower, tools and executes the SOW to the extent of covering efficiently all works including all related activities on, valve shade removal/installation, valves removal, valves Transportation from and back to locations, valves dismantling, Inspection, overhauling, and hydro-testing and commissioning.

REPLACEMENT OF F&G SIEGER PANEL AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-The Scope of Work includes engineering, procurement, installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the following: 1),,Transfer of signals from Sieger Panel to existing F&G system. These FGS Sieger Panels are located in CCB, SER1, SER 2, SER 3, SER 4, SER 5, and SER 6. 2) Replacement of existing Sieger Panel with new state of the art Fire Alarm Control Panel(FACP) in ten (10) Operator rooms (OR #3, OR # 4, OR #5, OR #6, OR#7, OR# 8, OR #9, OR #10, OR #11 and OR#12).,, Contract Duration is twenty four(24) calendar months

PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR REAL-TIME DRILLING OPTIMIZATION-Contractor shall perform Services for real-time drilling monitoring and optimization for QP's onshore and offshore operations, on a Call-off basis. The Services shall include (i) Hardware and software for rig-site data aggregation and transmission to QP-hosted server(s), physical setup and maintain system availability (ii) Software for hosting of data on QP-provided server(s) within QP network and for real-time data visualization, real-time well engineering, and real-time KPI reporting & benchmarking (iii) All infrastructure requirements including physical setup to connect and integrate the new Real-Time systems to the existing IT networks (iv) Personnel for real-time drilling monitoring & optimization at QP's Real-Time Operating Centre (RTOC)in Doha. Contract duration shall be thirty seven (37) months from the Effective Date, including one (1) month for initial mobilization.

Contractor's Technical Qualification Requirements:,, - Proven track record for a minimum of Eight (8Nos.) Multi story car park building including three (3Nos.) or more basements in coastal areas with water tight construction and having similar high quality and diversity requirements.

REPLACEMENT OF UPS UNITS AND BATTERY CHARGERS IN NGL, TANK FARM AND GDS, MESAIEED OPERATIONS-he scope shall include the provisions of site visit & survey, site verifications, supply all labor, project controls and services, administrations, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, consumables, sundries, safety equipment, and each and every item of expense necessary for the performance of design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing of the AC UPS units and Battery Chargers, site preparation/ modification, installation/ testing/ pre-commissioning and the commissioning of the same. The Contractor shall include the provision of other activities required to complete the Contract, the provision of all temporary facilities, demolition and removal of existing battery chargers and UPS units, and other works required for completion of the Contract, as part of the scope. The Contract shall also include the provision of modifications/ upgrade required to the existing facilities/ structures/ utilities, as required to be carried out to accommodate the following, along with its accessories: (i),,New AC UPS units complete with Battery bank, battery isolator including all the accessories required to complete the project scope. (ii),,New DC Battery Chargers complete with Battery bank, battery isolator including all the accessories required to complete the project scope. The locations of work for this Contract shall cover NGL-1, NGL-3, NGSL, Tank Farm and Gas Distribution Stations.

INSTALLATION OF CORROSION INHIBITOR SYSTEM FOR HALUL TANKS-Scope of Services to be performed by Contractor pertains to provision of all resources for procurement, installation and commissioning of Corrosion Inhibitor system to mitigate underneath corrosion of tanks bottom plates,Corrosion monitoring system,Sealant system and Reference Electrode system.Contract Duration shall be five (05) years from the Effective Date.

PROVISION OF LAUNDRY SERVICES AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS-QP requires services of an experienced Contractor to provide Laundry Services comprising of, but not limited to, washing, ironing, dry cleaning and collection / return of laundry items from / to QP designated locations, at various QP locations.
