PROVISION OF ROUTINE AND SPECIAL CORE ANALYSIS FOR ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE OPERATIONS-Contractor shall deploy all Contractor Personnel and provide services, supervision, testing, Contractor Items, deliverables for the provision of Routine Core Analysis and Special Core Analysis including Rock Mechanics and Enhanced Oil Recovery studies on a call-off basis, for QP Onshore, Offshore fields and Idd El- Shargi Asset in order to support ongoing studies. Contract duration shall be Five (5) Years from the Effective Date

EPIC FOR REPLACEMENT OF REFINERY PIPELINE CULVERTS IN MIC-The scope of Work for the EPIC Works is as summarized below: 1.,,EPIC of New Culverts EPIC of eight (08) new RCC culverts to replace the existing culverts which are in a poor state of repair shall be provided according to the changed site & loading conditions, applicable local and international codes/ standards and QP/ Shell DEPs. Topographic and geotechnical investigation will be required at these locations. Alignment of culverts will remain the same. Particular attention shall be given in the design and construction to prevent ground water ingress into the culverts. 2.,,Protection of existing pipelines inside Culverts. As the pipe lines services cannot be disrupted, the existing pipelines shall be properly protected/ secured prior to and during the demolition of existing culverts and construction of new culverts. 3.,,Demolition of Existing Culverts & Asphalt Road Overlay The culverts are located under busy MIC roads, hence the re-construction of these culverts should be carried out in phases with close coordination with MIC to ensure continuous traffic flow with minimum disruptions. Demolition of existing shall be undertaken to ensure no loss of service of any pipelines and be undertaken in line with highest health and safety standards. The reconstruction of culverts shall require construction of temporary roads for traffic diversions, open cutting of existing asphalt roads, and demolition of existing culverts. Traffic management including all safety barriers and warnings shall be provided during the demolition and re-construction culverts. 4.,,New Culverts Construction The construction of eight (08) new culverts shall comply with the current standards / codes, changed site conditions and QP safety requirements. Dewatering works will also be involved throughout the demolition and construction. Construction on new culverts shall be undertaken to ensure no loss of service of any pipelines and be undertaken in line with highest health and safety standards. 5.,,Reinstatement of Asphalt Road Overlay Reinstatement of asphalt road to be done as per MIC specifications and referenced standards.

PROVISION OF HELP DESK AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR QP INDUSTRIAL CITIES DIRECTORATE-CONTRACTOR shall provide Help Desk personnel for Tawteen Service Center, ICV Digital Portal support and Industrial Cities.

REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF GRE FIRE WATER PIPELINE ON CALL OFF-The Scope of Services include supply of materials, labor, services, supervision, testing devices, warehousing, equipment, tools, consumables materials and each and every items of expenses necessary for the execution of GRE fire water pipeline repairs and/or replacement works within Dukhan Fields on Call-Off Basis.

PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS(ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE)-The Scope of Services comprises of: (i),,Provision of catering services (buffet and parcel) for QP onshore (Dukhan, Mesaieed and Ras Laffan) and offshore locations, (ii) Provision of manpower support services including office waiter personnel. (iii) Provision of office beverage services (including supply and maintenance of Coffee Machines on hire basis along with supply of consumables), and (iv) The duration of the contract will be for five (5) years. Further details are available in the Tender Document. Companies may participate in any or all of the Scope of Services, as further detailed in the Tender Document.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR RECOVERY OF PRECIOUS METAL FROM SPENT CATALYST AT QP REFINERY, MESAIEED-The Scope of Services covers the provision by Contractor of all labour, services, supervision, testing devices, warehousing, equipment, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary on CALL OFF BASIS for transportation of spent catalysts from QP Refinery to CONTRACTOR'S facilities in order to recover the precious metals such as Platinum and Palladium from the spent catalysts, including all administrative formalities as well as the Assay analysis for precious metals content of fresh catalyst, at QP Refinery, Mesaieed. Contract Duration shall be five (5) calendar years from Effective Date of Contrcat.

MISCELLANEOUS INSTRUMENT PCRS AT NGL-1 PLANT IN MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The scope of the work is to cater improvements of the following systems by means of survey, data collection, document retrieval, design, engineering, procurement, configuration, logic testing, installation and commissioning for the following instrument PCRs at NGL-1 Plant in Mesaieed Operations: -,,PCR No. GPM(M)/16/0532 for Upgrade of BMS in F-1305 & F-1301 of NGL-1 plant. -,,PCR No. OEE/GP/13/439 for Replacement of NGL-1 Obsolete Temperature Data Logger -,,Upgrade of NGL-1 Merox unit obsolete Annunciator display unit. -,,PCR No. ONM (M)/18/653 for Installation of Hydrogen Gas Detector in NGL-1 CCR Battery Room -,,MOC No. 1000000084 for Installation of Toxic Gas Detector in NGL-1 CCR HVAC Duct -,,MOC No. 1000000782 for Installation of Hydrogen Gas Detector in CCTV Battery Room, Tank Farm The work locations for this Contract shall cover NGL-1 complex and Crude Oil Tank Farm.
