Scope of Services includes replacement of doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, flooring, painting electrical networking, fire alarm system, plumbing, sanitary works, external painting, replacement of common corridor flooring, stair cases, ceiling, doors, roof water proofing, external paving, complex boundary wall repair, new chain link fence for the tennis court, asphalt works, concrete flooring repairs, electrical wiring, lights, DB's, SMB's, install new water and electricity meters, all external plumbing, manholes and drainage pipes etc.
