PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES AT HALUL VEHICLE WORKSHOP-The Services shall include provision of qualified and experienced technicians with their tools to carry out repair, maintenance, minor and major overhauls, denting and spary paint on QP owned and Halul based diesel driven vehicles and equipment, under the direct supervision of QP supervisor. Minimum requirements: 2 Nos. Auto Diesel Mechanics: experienced in maintenance and repair of diesel vehicles and heavy equipment like crane, shovel, forklift, trailer, truck, etc. 1 No. Auto Electrician: experienced like above 1 No. Technician experienced in vehicle body denting and repairing 1 No. experienced vehicle painter.

UPGRADE/ REPLACEMENT OF BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN RAS LAFFAN INDUSTRIAL CITY-CONTRACTOR shall replace/ upgrade the existing BMS with current generation BMS to cover the control and monitoring of the HVAC and Potable Water systems for the seventy four (74) buildings located inside RLIC, including its supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration with the existing BMS systems in MPAC Central Chiller Plant and the new Fire Station No.6 in RLIC, and the central METASYS BMS servers situated both in RLIC and Dukhan, which shall include two supply, installation, and commissioning of Clients Workstations, industrial laptop and required software, at room no. RPB 103 inside Ras Laffan Industrial City. Scope of Services shall also include provision of certified training for a total of eight persons, for QP and QP Contractor Personnel for the maintenance and troubleshooting of the BMS workstations and usage of the software supplied.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL WORKS AT VARIOUS ONSHORE OPERATIONAL AREAS OF MESAIEED OPERATIONS-The Scope under this Call Off Contract is to carry out Miscellaneous Civil Work scope that may include building maintenance, building services maintenance, roads maintenance, infrastructure maintenance, industrial plant maintenance, minor new civil engineering construction and sand removal works for all facilities and pipelines within QP Mesaieed operations areas of responsibility. The Contractor shall supply all labour, services, supervision, testing, tools, equipment, materials, facilities, utilities and all other required resources to perform the Scope on call of basis.

PROVISION OF CLEANING AND SPECIALISED DISINFECTION SERVICES AT VARIOUS QP LOCATIONS (ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE)-QP requires services of a competent Contractor for provision of Cleaning, Pest Control and Management, Indoor Plant Maintenance, Specialized Disinfection Services at various QP locations (onshore & offshore) in Dukhan, Mesaieed (Refinery, NGL, Mesaieed Industrial City, Ras Laffan Industrial City and Offshore.

EPIC FOR UTILIZATION OF PRODUCED WATER FROM STORAGE TANKS AT DEGASSING STATIONS FOR PWI-To install a produced water collection system including Produced Water Collection Tank (PWCT), PWCT pumps and associated pipework to eliminate the disposal of the produced water from storage tanks at KMDS, FMDS and JDS into the aquifer. Water collected in the PWCT shall be transferred to the new Produced Water Secondary Treatment (PWST) inlet through an existing tie-in valve near degassing vessels for reinjection. The Scope of Work is including the following main items for each of the three main degassing stations, Khatiyah Main Degassing Station (KMDS), Fahahil Main Degassing Station (FMDS) and Jaleha Degassing Station (JDS): 1.,,Provision of one (1) no.
