The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience of having successfully completed “similar nature” of works during the last 7 years, with the following options: (i) Three completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 1557.64 Lakhs (ii) Two completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 1947.05 Lakhs (iii) One completed work of similar nature costing not less than Rs 3115.28 Lakhs 2. The firm should have completed at least one work costing not less than 1557.64 Lakhs in any Govt department/ PSUs, wherein the height of the building shall be 36m and above. 3. For technical manpower, the minimum experience required is: - B. Arch and registered with Council of Architects and minimum 05 years experience - Structural Engineer (B Tech in Structural Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience - Civil Engineer (Degree Holder) with minimum 05 years experience - Civil Engineer (Degree/diploma Holder) with minimum 08 years experience in the field of quantity surveying and having knowledge of MES Standard Schedule of Rates - MEP Design Experts(Degree Holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 08 years experience 4. Prior work experience in BIM related work, with a work order during the previous 7 years ending on the last date of submission of bids. 5. For 3D/4D BIM work, the contractor should have successfully completed a minimum of three 3D/4D BIM modeling assignments on domestic projects in the last 7 years. 6. The contractor should have satisfactorily completed three similar works, each having a total built-up area of not less than 40% of the current project, OR two similar works, each having total built-up area not less than 60% of the total plinth area of this project, OR one similar work having total built-up area not less than 80% of the Total plinth area of this project. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as: - Rs 1557.64 Lakhs for three completed works - Rs 1947.05 Lakhs for two completed works - Rs 3115.28 Lakhs for one completed work - The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3894.10 Lakhs. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as: - 40% of the plinth area of this project for three similar works - 60% of the total plinth area of this project for two similar works - 80% of the Total plinth area of this project for one similar work.
