The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. B. Arch and registered with Council of Architects and minimum 05 years experience 2. Structural Engineer (B Tech in Structural Engineering) with minimum 10 years experience 3. Civil Engineer (Degree Holder) with minimum 05 years experience 4. Civil Engineer (Degree/diploma Holder) with minimum 08 years experience in the field of quantity surveying and having knowledge of MES Standard Schedule of Rates 5. MEP Design Experts(Degree Holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 08 years experience The bidder shall have experience of having successfully completed “similar nature” of works during the last 7 years, with the following options: - Three completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 567.28 Lakhs - Two completed works of similar nature costing not less than Rs 709.10 Lakhs - One completed work of similar nature costing not less than Rs 1134.56 Lakhs The value of previously completed works shall be enhanced at 7% per year to bring them at par with the present cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
