Report shall indicates if any major repair/repair needed along with the cost impact which will be catered separately as per direction of Dy Project Director.(Cost incl. only visit and report generation )

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Graphical Software providing the facility to create / provide the following, static and animate the Graphics, Navigation between pages, display of logs, changing the time zones; the BMS platform shall natively support standard communication protocols such as Lontalk and Modbus / BACnet and the software shall be Web Based Software required to remotely monitor the system for 5 concurrent users & shall have inbuilt email facility (without using any external software / hardware) to send critical alarms to users with and including all the components and accessories mentioned above and also complying with all the requirements mentioned here-in and in the Particular Specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Dy Project Director.
