Ltd.) serving Ground + Eight (Total Nine landings) including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Taking down/out unserviceable control panel and Supply, installations, commissioning and testing of of MICRO PROCESSOR and latest technology based controller SP3 panel along with travelling cable and complete shaft harness, all necessary wiring and all connected accessories for VVVF drive of 7.5 KW, 380/480 volts, 50 Hz as per sample suitable for 08 passengers lift (make of lift M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd.) of serving Ground + Eight Floors (total Nine Landings) with electric power operated doors and comprising with following complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation). (i) Automatic call register and execution system. (ii) Automatic attendant system. (iii) Automatic closure of fan independent if the lift is not in operation for more than 45 seconds. (iv) Over load/ low voltage/ single phase protections. (v) Make of drive:- Yaskawa/ Emerson/ Fuji. (vi) Automatic phase reversal system. (vii) AC 3 phase 415 volts VVVF door drive of suitable capacity 2 HP for door operating system with wiring complete. (viii) Cooling fan for air circulation in controller. (ix) Includeing COP, read switch, limit switch and decoder etc. with wiring. (x) Hooter with battery fixed at ground floor with proper wiring with control panel in all blocks. (xi) Arrangement of Fire main switch at ground floor with wiring complete.

NOTES for item No. 7.00:- (a) The Controller should compatible to run the lift G+ Eight floors (total nine landings) having cooling fan and sufficient space for VVVF drive. (b) Main VVVF drive should be provide with calibration pad & proper mounting in controller alongwith any other connectection as required. (c) Any other arrangement/ alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor with out any extra cost. (d) The control wiring shall be secured & confirmed to standard wiring practice & it should be proper fixing on wall/ in duct cover with clamping, saddling, etc. complete. (e) The controller shall be required to connect, transfer & interrupt power supply & protect the motor against over load. (f) During the execution of work any civil/ cement work done by contractor with own arrangement and no extra cost.

Ltd.) serving Ground + Eight (Total Nine landings) as per site requirement welding/brazing including taking down old unserviceable sheave along with all connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make :- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and fixing OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of dia 13mm suitable for 13 passenger lift of make M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- USHA MARTIN/ MAHADEV ELEVATOR/ BHARAT WIRE ROPE LTD/ SHREE STEEL WIRE & ROPE LTD.).

Supply and fixing OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of dia 10mm suitable for 08 passenger lift of make M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- USHA MARTIN/ MAHADEV ELEVATOR/ BHARAT WIRE ROPE LTD/ SHREE STEEL WIRE & ROPE LTD.).

Supply & fixing aluminium car door sill for (Size :- 1700mm x 50mm x 30mm thick as per sample suitable for 13/08 passenger lifts of make M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. including taking diown old uncerviceable car door Sill complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Supply & fixing aluminium landing door sill for (Size :- 1700mm x 50mm x 30mm thick as per sample suitable for 13/08 passenger lifts of make M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. including taking diown old uncerviceable car door Sill complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation)

Notes for Section- I :- (i) The work shall be done throuhg OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 104 to 106 from OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) The cost of Setion -I is not included in Section -II.

SECTION-II

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated 08 passenger lifts installed at Old & New Kabul Line and Karam Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with respective OEM of existing lift (Original Equipment Manufacturer of lift M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd and M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd.) by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Eight floor i.e total Nine landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) OLD KABUL LINE:- (i) Block/ Building No. 151 & 152 = 02 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 08 Passengers = 02 Nos lift. (b) NEW KABUL LINE:- (i) Block/ Building No. 166 TO 169 = 04 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 08 Passengers = 04 Nos lift. (c) KARAM VIHAR:- (i) Block/ Building No. 129 to 142 = 14 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 08 Passengers = 14 Nos lift. TOTAL LIFT = 02 + 04 + 14 = 20 Lifts Total Qty = 20 x 04 months = 80

(c) KARAM VIHAR:- (i) Block/ Building No. 129 to 142 = 14 Nos Lift Make of Lift:- M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. Capacity of Lifts:- 13 Passengers = 14 Nos lift. TOTAL LIFT = 02 + 04 + 14 = 20 Lifts Total Qty = 20 x 04 months = 80

Notes for Section-II (Item No. 21.00 & 22.00) :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum Agreement) shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd and M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 104 to 106 from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd and M/s Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the Agreement along with Tax Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) The contract included for repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, door ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, governor, hoistway door locks, indicators and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of above materials are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (vi) The materials like replacement of car cabin, ceiling frames, panels, fixtures, hoist way door panels, door frames, sills, car floorings, floor covering, light fittings, bulbs, tubes, main line power swtiches, breakers, feeders to controller, hoist way wiring, hydralic jack outer casing, burried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, communication devices, security systems, landing doors, sheave rim, hoist rope, ARD battery and ventilator fans are not included in the quoted rate.

Notes for Section-II (Item No. 21.00 & 22.00) contd.../ :- (vii) Light fittings including bulbs and tube lights, Cabin Fan and ARD Battery shall be issued under Schedule 'B' for 'free for fixing' only. (viii) Contractor to note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing special repairs/ unoccupied buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor, or all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ix) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (x) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (xi) Contractor to be submit Safety Security Certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after and also contractor to submit serviceability of lights and fans in lifts and machine room in every month in writing. (xii) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Incase no technician detailed Rs. 500/- per week per lift will be deducted from conctractors dues. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit in every week. (xiii) Contractor please note that monthly service will not be paid for the building undergoing Special Repair/ Unoccupied Buildings and no penalty shall be imposed upon contractor or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (xiv) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in Particular Specification here-in-after.
