The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - At least one “similar work” of value of ₹249.54 lakh or more - At least two “similar works” each of value of ₹155.97 lakh or more - At least three “similar works” each of value of ₹124.77 lakh or more The similar works should be civil maintenance work of metro/railway stations, metro/railway bridges, metro/railway depots in any operational metro or operational railway system. For a substantial partner in a Joint Venture (JV)/Consortium, the experience of executing at least one "similar work" of value of ₹124.77 lakhs or more in the last 05 years is required. For a non-substantial partner, the experience of executing at least one "Civil Work" of minimum value of ₹62.39 lakhs in the last 05 years is required. Substantial completion is defined as 80% (value wise) or more works completed under the contract. The lead partner must have a minimum of 26% participation in the JV/Consortium, and each substantial partner must have the aforementioned experience. Non-substantial partners should have a minimum of 20% participation in the JV/Consortium. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for non-substantial completion, but substantial completion requires 80% or more works completed.
