The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works. For certain services, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works requirements are as follows: - For Running Operation of DG Sets: a) Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the Running Operation of DG Sets cost, OR b) Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the Running Operation of DG Sets cost, OR c) One similar work of value not less than 80% of the Running Operation of DG Sets cost. - For Running Operation of Lift: a) Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the Running Operation of Lift cost is not mentioned, however a) Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the Running Operation of Lift cost, OR b) One similar work of value not less than 80% of the Running Operation of Lift cost. - For Comprehensive Maintenance of Lifts, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of: - Not less than 60% of the Running Operation of Lift cost (two similar works) - Not less than 80% of the Running Operation of Lift cost (one similar work) - For Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Fire alarm, Fire fighting, Down comer System and Water Supply Pump Set, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of: - Not less than 40% of SH-F (three similar works) - Not less than 60% of SH-F (two similar works) - Not less than 80% of SH-F (one similar work) Additionally, for Comprehensive Maintenance of DG Sets, the bidder shall have to associate with Manufacturers or Authorized dealers of OEM of DG Set Engine. For Comprehensive Maintenance of OTIS make Lifts, the bidder shall have to associate with Manufacturers of OTIS make lifts.
