The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 133 crore - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 200 crore - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 266 crore At least one similar work should have a minimum five-story building under one agreement, and at least one similar work or any other work shall have HVAC and Fire fighting. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the available last five consecutive balance sheets. The bidder should have at least one ongoing building work of contract value not less than Rs. 133 crores. The bidder should also have achieved an average monthly financial turnover/progress of at least Rs. 22 Cr per month in construction work under a single agreement costing not less than Rs. 133 cr. The average annual financial turnover should be Rs. 333 cr. on construction works during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidding capacity shall be worked out by the formula: Bidding capacity = [A x N x 1.5]- B, where A is the maximum turnover in construction works. The bidder should have a Banker's Certificate from a commercial Bank of the amount equal to Rs. 133 Cr or a Net Worth certificate of Rs. 33 Cr. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least sixty percent (60%) marks in each section.
