The Bid capacity required in the given tender is the Annual Remittance to be quoted by the Bidder payable to the Authority on a weekly basis. The Bid shall consist of this Annual Remittance. The Bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: - Bid Security: 1% of APC (Annual Project Cost) or Rs.10,00,000/-, whichever is higher. - Performance Security: (a) A crossed account payee demand draft/pay order amounting to Rs. (an amount equal to 15 day’s agreed remittance). (b) An Insurance Surety Bond for Rs. (an amount equal to 15 day’s agreed remittance), valid for a period of 14 months from the Date of LOA. Alternatively, a Bank Guarantee/ E-Bank Guarantee as per the format prescribed by the Authority for Rs. (an amount equal to 15 day’s agreed remittance). Formulas: - Bid Security = 1% of APC or Rs.10,00,000/-, whichever is higher - Performance Security (a) = 15 day’s agreed remittance - Performance Security (b) = 15 day’s agreed remittance Additionally, the bid capacity required is: Net worth > Rs. 0.478 Crore and positive net cash accruals in at least 2 out of 3 previous financial years. The bid capacity required in the given tender is Rs. 4.78 Crore for a period of 1 year. Another requirement is that the bidder should have a net worth of more than Rs. 500 Crore from its Indian Operations.
