Comprehensive maintenance of 16 Nos. 08 Passengers KONE Make lift to ensure uninterrupted smooth and safe operation along with the alternate arrangement for components taken down for repair/ rewinding/ rectification include all type Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics component with Accessories of the Lift, including mandatory safety check. All Repair, Rectification, Replacement and mandatory safety check will be carried out to ensure no breakdown will be occur in specific lifts by carrying out routine inspection, daily, weekly & monthly checks as per given schedule or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (1) This item excludes Batteries, Exhaust fan and lights as considered below at item no. 2,3,4,5 and replacement of Car enclosure, car flooring, car door, Door beading, Door frame, Hoist way enclosure. (2) 1 Job= Per lift per month { Total Job for 16 nos. lift for 12 months (16*12) = 192 jobs}
