The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the civil works construction business during the last five years in the role of prime contractor or partner in joint venture or sub-contractor. The bidder must provide evidence of successfully completing or substantially completing within the last five years one of the following: - one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost or Rs. 558.61 lac, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 60% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 418.96 lac), - two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost or Rs. 349.13 lac each, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 30% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 209.48 lac), - three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost or Rs. 279.30 lac each, with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 20% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 139.65 lac). Substantially completed works are defined as those that are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. For a Quality cum Material Engineer, 5 years in the relevant field with B.E. (Civil) is required. The bidder's available bid capacity is to be assessed, with the total estimated cost of the Works being Rs. 6,98,26,351/-. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and other factors. The bidder must submit the complete audited Annual Accounts for the last five years to demonstrate their current soundness and prospective long-term profitability. Regarding similar works completed, the bidder is required to provide information about any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or ongoing under their execution over the last five years. The bidder's available bid capacity will be assessed, and they must have a bidding capacity of more than the total estimated cost of the works, which is Rs. 6,98,26,351/-. The bidder's financial capabilities will also be evaluated, and they must demonstrate access to liquid assets, line of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements, estimated at Rs. 147.56 lacs (25% of the estimated cost).
