The bidder must have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work with an agreement value of not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The value of similar work shall be considered based on one culvert/bridge under a single agreement. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value.
