The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of a value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. This similar work can be completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor. The experience certificates for similar work are considered for a specific period, which ends on the last date of the month before the last date of receipt of tender. For instance, if the last date of receipt of tender is in June 2025, then the experience certificates are considered from June 1, 2020, up to May 31, 2025. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works in the same name and style, or similar nature and value, over the last five years, with certificates from concerned officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the amount put to bid, with at least 50% of this turnover being from civil engineering construction works, in any one year during the last five years. The turnover will be indexed at the rate of 8% per year.
