The turnover is indexed at a rate of 8% per year, updated to the current financial year's price level when bids are invited. Therefore, the required prior work experience includes completing similar work valued at 25% of the bid amount, and achieving a minimum annual financial turnover of 50% of the bid amount, with 50% of this turnover from civil engineering construction works.
