The bidder must have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work with an agreement value of not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The value of similar work shall be considered based on one culvert/bridge under a single agreement. The experience certificates for similar work shall be considered for the period starting from the 1st day of the month, five years prior to the last date of receipt of tender, up to the last date of the month before the last date of receipt of tender. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor in construction works of similar nature and value over the last five years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least one similar work of an agreement of value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid, with a consideration of one culvert/bridge under a single agreement.
