The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor or subcontractor at least one similar work with an agreement value of not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The value of similar work shall be considered based on one culvert/bridge under a single agreement. The experience certificates for similar work shall be considered for the period starting from the 1st day of the month, 5 years prior to the last date of receipt of tender, up to the last date of the month before the last date of receipt of tender. The bidder should have work experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor in construction works of similar nature and value over the last five years. The total monetary value of turnover and civil construction works performed for each of the last five years should be provided. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than 25% of the amount put to bid. The bidder's qualification to perform the contract will be established based on the information provided in the bidding document, including the bidder's experience, technical capability, and financial capacity. The bidder should have a minimum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the current financial year. The maximum value of civil engineering works executed will be considered, with a maximum indexing allowed 5 times of the current financial year in which bids are invited.
