The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of Service Road, Drain, Junction Development, and other similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. For Category 1, the bidder should have experience in construction of linear projects like airport runways, railways, and ports. For Category 3, the bidder should have experience in construction of stand-alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels, and other similar projects. The bidder should have received payments of at least Rs. 1.41 crore for construction works executed in Categories 3 and 4. For Categories 1 and 2, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity and undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the Estimated Project Cost. The bidder should have achieved progress commensurate with funds released from Escrow Account (Equity + Debt + Grant) in BOT or HAM project, and variation should not be more than 25% in the last 365 days. The bidder should have completed rectification works as per time given in non-conformity reports (NCR) in design/completed works/maintenance, and should not have failed to complete minor rectifications exceeding 3 instances in a project. In terms of financial requirements, the bidder should have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 2.71 crore and a minimum Net Worth of Rs. 90.41 Lakh. The experience of the bidder is calculated based on the value of similar works completed, with an updation factor applied to update the price of the eligible projects for the year. The technical capacity of the bidder is evaluated based on the experience in eligible projects, with a focus on the value of similar works completed and the category of the project. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. For requirement 2.2.2.2 (ii) & (iii), one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost should have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 individually by any of the JV members as a single work.
