For 'C' category: Two works costing not less than 50.00 lakh each, or one work costing not less than 80.00 lakh, or have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 100.00 lakh for the last two consecutive years. For 'D' category: Two works costing not less than 25.00 lakh each, or one work costing not less than 40.00 lakh, or have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs 50.00 lakh for the last two consecutive years. The bidder should provide details of the three highest valued similar nature of works executed during the last seven years, including the name of the work, Accepting Officer's details, date of acceptance of tender, and actual date of completion. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that where the report for any work is not available, it will be deemed to contain only 60% average marks. Additionally, contractors of one/two classes below the eligible class shall not be considered if their present residual work in hand is more than five times their present tendering limit.
