The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works of a similar nature in the recent past. The bidder should have experience in the Hydrocarbon Industry, specifically in "Field instrumentation maintenance activities" such as laying of instrumentation cables, dismantling, servicing, installation of field instruments, impulse piping jobs, ARC for Instrumentation jobs, Instrumentation Shutdown Jobs, and Instrumentation project jobs. The required prior work experience can be proven through documents such as a copy of the work order, completion certificate, and schedule of rates or scope of work. The value of the completed work can be considered for meeting the Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) requirement. The specific requirements for prior work experience are as follows: - Three similar successfully completed works each costing not less than Rs. 99,83,000.00 - OR - Two similar successfully completed works each costing not less than Rs. 1,33,10,000.00 - OR - One similar successfully completed work costing not less than Rs. 1,66,38,000.00 These values are inclusive of Service Tax/GST. Additionally, the highest value of any such work should not exceed 80% of the total value of the proposed sub-contract. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except that the bidder's turnover during the last 3 financial years should be compared to the value of the proposed sub-contract, and the concurrent commitments/contracts being undertaken should not exceed 50% of the highest turnover of the proposed sub-contractor during the last 3 years.
