The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. The bidder must have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 134.84 Lakhs. Substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. The bidder must also have experience in specific key activities, including successful completion of: - 34 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years - 96 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years - 159 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years - 3737 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years The value of similar work is not less than 134.84 Lakhs, and the percentage of completion for substantial completion is 90% or more. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual construction turnover of 168.54 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in managing environmental and social aspects, and demonstrate adequate sources of finance to meet the cash flow requirements, with a construction cash flow requirement estimated as 28.09 lakh. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work, calculated as (A*N*1.5-B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments on ongoing works.
