The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the contract value. The bidder should have completed a single similar work or quantity executed in a particular year. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 1/3rd of the respective value of work * 67% of the DNIT value, as the annual financial turnover amount * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items * 90% of the contract value, as the completion rate * 10% per year weightage for previous years' work. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last 5 years, including details of the work performed. A certificate of similar nature of work done, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, is required. Additionally, a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, is also required. The bidder should submit a list of existing commitments with the value of remaining work as on the date of submission of the bid. The total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be attached with certificates from the Engineer(s)-in-Charge. Specific experience requirements for personnel include: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp.
