The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager cum Bridge Engineer: 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. 2. Assistant Bridge Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. 3. Assistant Road Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position for degree holders and 5 years for diploma holders. 4. Environment, Health and Safety Engineer: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. 5. Socialist Specialist/Labour Specialist: 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position. 6. General Construction Experience: The bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 120.98 Lakhs in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 120.98 Lakhs, with a percentage increase of 5% per year. The bidder should also have an average annual construction turnover of at least Rs. 151.22 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years in civil engineering construction work. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in specific key activities, including successful completion of 31.276 MT of steel reinforcement and a minimum 43.2 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years.
