The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a value of at least 1/3rd of the contract value. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year, or 25% for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers of Assam. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on the rupee value to bring them to the present price level. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder needs to provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last 5 years, with specific values required for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. The bidder needs to have access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value and needs to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. The bidder should provide evidence of having completed similar works in the last 5 years, including a certificate of similar nature of work done, completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer in-charge, as well as a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. Civil. + 5 years Exp. The bidder should have completed a single similar work with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate.
