The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Value of similar work: at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work in the IFB - Annual financial turnover amount: at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year of the respective value of work - Quantities of work executed: 40% of the estimated quantity of major items - Completion rate: 90% of the contract value - Certificate of similar nature of work done: completed in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer-in-charge - Certificate of executed quantities of work done: in the last 5 years, issued by the authorized Engineer-in-charge The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 5 years, with a value that can be verified through a credential certificate. The bidder needs to have access to or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value and needs to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract. The required key personnel and their experience are: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. The bidder should provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last 5 years, with specific values required for each year from 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 67% of the DNIT value for minimum annual financial turnover - 1/3 of the DNIT value for similar work completion - 90% of the contract value for completion rate - 40% of the estimated quantity for minimum quantities of major items of work - 10% of the estimated cost of the package for liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities - 10% per year for weightage of completed works of previous years - 25% of the value of the work for minimum cash investment during implementation of the Contract - 10% of the notified contract value for availability of credit facilities - 8% of Bill Value for Security deposit (SD)/Retention money - 1% of estimated value of works for Bid Security
