The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have completed: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.577.48 L - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.360.925 L - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.288.74 L The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years, and the value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder, with a maximum of 20 marks for this criterion. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years.
