The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The total value of the work is Rs. 2,40,73,758. To calculate the specific amounts, - 30% of the advertised value of the tender would be 0.3 * 2,40,73,758 = Rs 72,22,127.4, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender would be 0.4 * 2,40,73,758 = Rs 96,29,503.2, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender would be 0.6 * 2,40,73,758 = Rs 1,44,44,254.8. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Work experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organization or by a Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years are considered. The credential certificate for substantially completed work should have been issued not prior to 60 days of the date of invitation of the present tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes substantially completed work, which means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. For completed work, the value of the final bill, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, shall be considered as the completion cost of work. In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, shall be considered as the completion cost of work. In the case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, as mentioned in the certificate, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. A work started prior to 7 years but completed within the last 7 years can be considered for fulfillment of credentials. If a bidder has successfully completed a work as a subcontractor, and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a government organization or public listed company, it shall be considered for the purpose of fulfillment of credentials. For newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm.
