The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Given the total value of the work is Rs. 2,64,26,866, the specific values are: (i) 30% of Rs. 2,64,26,866, (ii) 40% of Rs. 2,64,26,866, (iii) 60% of Rs. 2,64,26,866. The bidder must provide a list of works completed in the last three financial years. For subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience is required. In case of substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The overall cost, including the PVC amount, of a completed or substantially completed work similar in nature shall be considered for the purpose of fulfillment of technical credentials. For newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution or split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. The value of the work experience is considered in terms of the cost of completion or substantially completed work. The conversion rate of currencies shall be as per the daily representative exchange rates published by the Reserve Bank of India or the International Monetary Fund.
