The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, the bidder must have an average annual contractual turnover of minimum of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. The average annual contractual turnover is calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The value of final bill including the PVC amount shall be considered as the completion cost of work. In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid including the PVC amount shall be considered as the completion cost of work. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid including the PVC amount shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. The bidder must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be done, in the last 5 years for subcontracting. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
