The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with the work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - One similar nature of work of value 80% of the estimated amount, which is 80% of Rs. 2,42,82,945.00 - Two similar nature of works each of value 50% of the estimated amount, which is 50% of Rs. 2,42,82,945.00 - Three similar nature of works each of value 40% of the estimated amount, which is 40% of Rs. 2,42,82,945.00 The annual financial turnover should be at least 30% of the estimated cost in any three years during the last five years, which is 30% of Rs. 2,42,82,945.00. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in construction in the North Eastern Region and should have completed works such as: - Cement Concrete: 300 Cu m - Brick Work: 150 Cum - Steel Work (Reinforcement): 350 Qtl - The cost of electric work: Rs.15.00 Lakh The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of 10% of the tender value.
