The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years, with work performed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years. The quantities of work executed as prime contractor or work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. Specific requirements for similar works completed include: - One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar works, each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost put on tender - Three similar works, each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put on tender The bidder must have achieved an Annual Turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost in any 3 years during the last 5 years. The bidder should have experience in construction in the North Eastern Region. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last Five years is required. The bidder should have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work. In terms of value, the bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities should be 10% of the Tender value. The quantities of work are: A. Cement Concrete - 70 Cu m B. Brick Work - 60 Cum C. Steel Work (Reinforcement) - 80 Qtl D. The cost of electric work is 6.00 lakh The value of similar works completed should be provided for the last five years, with specific amounts for each year: 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. Additionally, there are requirements for bidders who quote financials below the estimated value put to tender, which include: - Between 10.01% to 15% below the estimated value: Additional security money equivalent to the total percentage of the below-rate quoted. - Between 15.01% to 20% below the estimated value: 250% of the difference between the threshold value and the bid amount. - 20.01% and above below the estimated value: 300% of the difference between the threshold value and the bid amount.
