SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT(STP) Carrying out detailed topographical survey from initial sewage collection source to final sewage treatment plant and designing network of gravity assisted sewage transporting pipeline to collection sump cum pump house and thereafter to sewage treatment plant through pumping and then designing (hydraulically, structurally & aesthetically) providing, constructing, hydraulic testing, commissioning and giving satisfactory trails of 800 KLD capacity STP consisting of coarse bar screening chamber(RCC) with steel screen, oil and grease removal chamber (RCC), grit seperator, equalization tank (02 Tank of 50% capacity each), air grid for equalization tanks, feed pump(02 Nos), moving bed bio reactors with palstic media (of appropriate density, size and quantity of keep very high MLSS than 15000 mg/l), air blowers with air grid system for MBBR(02 Nos.) , anoxic chamber for dentification with agitator (asn per C/N ratio), tube settler assembly in RCC tank, sludge pump screw type(02 Nos), sludge handling system, sludge holding tank, sludge dewatering system(02 Nos) with filter press, air grid for sludge holding, chlorine dozing system(02 Nos with 500 ltrs tank), chlorine contact tank, foundation for all E/M equipments, associated piping work with required valves, gates, drains, pathways, electrical control panel with interconnecting cable, spare parts for 02 years of operation etc. complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical,digital and mechanical work as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes complete with tertiary treatment( filter feed, tank of RCC, filter feeds pump, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, micron filter treated water tank in RCC for tertiary treatment) of capacity 800 cum per day. Treated sewage can also be used for irrigation, horticulture, firefighting and MT wash.
