Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’ old size best quality bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for half brick work in cement mortar (1:4) straight or curved on plan to any radius with locally available Subclass ‘B’ old size best quality bricks all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses and posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 – 1979 grade St – 240 painted one shop coat of zink chromate primer paint (including preparation of surfaces) at contractors workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles of size not less than 200 mm x 200 mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm with grey cement and colour pigment in floor all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast conctete prepolished interlocking glossy finish paver block, with grey cement and pigment (coloured) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm with grey cement and colour pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on brick walls in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid against relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for repairing rolling/sliding firing target by providing complete overhauling like oiling,greasing of pully,tightening of steel wire rope not exceeding 10mm dia by sliding up and down mannualy, joined by welding,errection and fabrication of missing items like MS plate or angle iron not exceeding 10 kg by weight in each and not more than three no in each sliding target, painting including preparation of old painted steel steel surface of any description by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer, the size of sliding target 3mx2m in double frame etc. complete all as specified and directed.
