Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1, with peak shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F XLPE cable end termination, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for voltage 6.35 kV/ 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in trenches, in road cutting and along pole 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 1100 V, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for making road cutting surfaces good using 200 mm thick hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface and using cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 150 mm thick finished even and fair and using earth filling for remaining depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) including CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for broken stone/ boulders aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing and painting and painting on steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.00 metre long) including cross arms, GI brackets with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer on exposed portion and including making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and yellow shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete (Note: Demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured shall be measured and paid separately separately.)

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 16 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and as directed .(Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.)

M & L for stay assembly of stay rod of diameter 20 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised mild steel wire 3.15 mm or 4 mm dia in overhead lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Loop type insulator, large size, with overall dimensions 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F shackle type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 75 mm dia and 90 mm height including galvanised steel straps of 31 mm X 3 mm size insulator bolt, washer & nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use or removing to store or for schedule of credit

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors removing to store or taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing HT bushing with copper rod including disconnection of electrical connection and replacement of porcelain bushing vitreous, brown colour, 11 KV grade along with a set of oil seals & copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. of suitable size for primary side (HT side ) of outdoor type 11 KV for 150 kVA upto and including 250 kVA distribution transformer of any make .

Dismantling existing LT bushing with copper rod including disconnection of electrical connection and replacement of porcelain bushing vitreous, brown colour, 440 Volts grade along with a set of oil seals& copper alloy stud, nuts, washers etc. of suitable size for primary side (HV side ) of outdoor type 440 V 150 kVA upto and including 250 kVA distribution transformer of any make .

M & L for arresting leakage of transformer oil by replacing gasket to be provided after draining out of transformer oil and refilling after replacement including disconnecting power supply complete all as specified and as directed for distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity upto 250 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting, taking down distribution transformer outdoor type 11 kV /415 volts having capacity 100 kVA, 150 kVA, 200 kVA, 250kVA and 315 kVA, transportation to the workshop for repairs including opening of transformers cover, draining of oil, de-tanking of core and coil assembly, cleaning, washing of dust and dirt from all parts including core, tank and cooling tubes radiators etc., joint inspection for estimate, replacement of defective parts, assembly, stage inspection, re-tanking, oil filtration/ dehydration, fill dehydrated oil and fresh oil and testing the repaired transformers for all the routine tests as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 with latest amendments. Note: - (a) Transformer oil shall be drained out by the contractor in suitable capacity mild steel drums to be arranged by the contractor. The said drained out transformer oil shall be refilled in the transformer duly dehydrated after repair and the cost thereof shall be included in unit rate quoted against the respective item of this schedule. (b) Rewinding of both HT & LT coil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (c) Transportation charges for transportation of transformer from site to workshop and after repair, workshop to site shall be borne by the contractor and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (d) The spare parts excluding nuts, bolts, washer shall be measured and paid for separately (e) The said transformer shall be repaired in reputed workshop as decided by the GE. (f) Testing of transformer after repair shall be carried out as per IS 2026 (Part 1): 2011 and the cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (g) The IR value of the dried winding before inserting the core in the shell shall be measured and recorded.

S & F HT coils made out of super enamelled HT copper winding wire of transformers having capacity 50 to 400 kVA all as specified and directed. Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer's design.

S & F LT coils made out of super enamelled LT copper winding wire of transformers having capacity 50 to 400 kVA all as specified and directed. Note :- Coil to be replaced shall have same number of turns, gauge insulation value matching with manufacturer's design.

M & L for spray painting of transformers (any type power or distribution)) of capacity upto and including 250 kVA ( in situ ) outdoor type, installed and located at different sites in scattered area under the GE including the following: - (a) preparation of old surfaces by cleaning, scrapping, rubbing/ polishing etc. complete. (b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 4.0 mm dia galvanised mild steel wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 25 mm X 4 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dehydration and filtration of existing transformer oil of transformer at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 40 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Transformer oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule).

Supply only new transformer oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of transformer up to desired level complete all as directed.

S & F breather including silica gel, indicating type, 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of capacity from 100 to 500 kVA.

M & L for replacement of silica gel, indicating type, 4 to 6 mm standard size of the particle, blue colour for transformer of any capacity.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism and taken on schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F gang operated air break switch, three poles, outdoor type, nominal system voltage 11 kV, rated voltage 12 kV, rated normal current 400 Amps, rated frequency 50 Hz, rated one minute power frequency withstand voltage between (i) earth & poles 28 kV (rms) (ii) across the isolating distance 32 kV (rms), rated lightning impulse withstand voltage (i) to earth and between poles 75 kV (Peak) (ii) across the isolating distance 85 kV (Peak), Rated short-time withstand current 25 kA for 3 seconds, rated peak withstand current 63 kA for climatic conditions at the site, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erection in repairs of three piece metal oxide lightning arrestor suitable for 11 kV continuous operating voltage (3 phase) with rated voltage 12 kV (rms) with nominal discharge current rating of 2.5 kA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangements, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs expulsion fuse single pole above 50 amps and upto 100 amps for 11 kV supply complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in reapirs for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 250 mm X 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing and stringing only ACSR (aluminium conductor galvanized steel-reinforced) of any size and type in accordance with site requirement and binding on insulator by means of 22 gauge aluminium binding wire to permissible sag complete all as specified and as directed.
