The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value The bidder should have also completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of construction works during the last three consecutive years, and achieved a minimum financial turnover (average of the last five years) for a specified amount. The bidder must be a profit-making entity for the last five years and have satisfactorily completed 90% of the contract value, as a prime contractor, of at least one similar nature of work of value not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years.
