The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value. - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value. The bidder should have also completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed 90% of the contract value, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years, and completed a minimum of 90% of the contract value of similar works, with the value of such works not less than a specified amount. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost of construction works during the last three consecutive years and achieved a minimum financial turnover for a specified amount (average of the last five years). The bidder must be a profit-making one for the last five years. The bidder should have completed work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document, with quantities of work executed considered in the last five years. The bidder should also provide information on bid capacity, including existing commitments, ongoing works, and works for which bids have been submitted, with details such as contract value, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed.
