The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value. - Or, two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value. - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value. - A minimum financial turnover (average of the last five years) for a specified amount. - 90% completion of contract value of at least one similar nature of work of value not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years. - Completion of work as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, with execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. - A valid electrical license or a collaboration/tie-up agreement with a license holder having requisite experience. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% of the contract value, and the amount of similar works completed should be not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of 40% of the estimated cost on construction works during the last three consecutive years.
