The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Bid value. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Bid value. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Bid value. The bidder should have also satisfactorily completed 90% of the contract value, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work of value not less than a specified amount in any one year of the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works, with a value of not less than a specified amount, in the last five years. The bidder's prior work experience as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document and all other qualification criteria are satisfied.
