The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years of experience in providing similar services in the field of Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Gardening in anywhere in India. The bidder should have handled a minimum number of single completed annual contracts in commercial complexes for Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Gardening in anywhere in India, with the following values: - Handled minimum 3 single completed annual contracts with each contract having a value of not less than Rs. 1,02,36,880/- Including Service tax/GST. - Or, handled minimum 2 single completed annual contracts with each contract having a value of not less than Rs. 1,27,96,100/- Including Service tax/GST. - Or, handled minimum 1 single completed annual contract with a value of not less than Rs. 2,04,73,759/- Including Service tax/GST. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following conditions: - Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% (forty percent) of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% (eighty percent) of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 76.00 lacs for the previous 3 years (as on 31-03-2024), and the average annual turnover of the firm should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost for the project.
